Dr S R Ganesh, Chairman
Dr Ganesh had a distinguished academic career in leading institutes: IIT, MIT, and the London Business School. He has taught at leading institutes, such as the Andersen Graduate School of Management, and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. His business career was marked with stints as a senior executive with blue chip companies such as Reliance Industries, Hindustan Lever and TCS. He has consulting experience of over two decades in the areas of strategy development, organization development, and management development.

Mr Anuj Bhagwati, Managing Director, A.T.E.
Anuj has BS and MS degrees from Cornell University in Applied Physics. At Cornell, he was a member of Tau Beta Pi, and represented the University in squash. Since he joined A.T.E. in 1994, he has been involved in all the activities of the group over the last fifteen years, including start-ups, scale-ups, restructurings, turn-arounds and divestments. He is also active with several non-profits, and is a member of the Cornell University Council.
He has also been appointed as Director, Institute of Human Settlements, Inc., and Member, Governing Council, K J Somaiya College of Engineering.

Mr Abhay Nalawade, Founder and Managing Director, EcoAxis
Abhay graduated in Physics in 1970 and earned an MBA from Pune University in 1973. He also completed the PMD (Program in Management Development) from Harvard Business School in 1990. Abhay worked with the Thermax Group, a major corporation in the energy & environment field, for over 25 years, including five years as CEO & MD. He specialized in commercialization of new technologies. In 2000, he started his career as an entrepreneur, which lead to the formation of EcoAxis Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Dr Vivek Soni, Director, EcoAxis
Vivek Soni is an independent consultant focused on cleantech investment and business strategy. From 2001 to 2004, he was President, Corporate Technology Strategy and Services, at the Aditya Birla Group (revenues of $ 8.3 Billion), an India based manufacturing and services conglomerate with operations within and outside India. Prior to joining the Aditya Birla Group, Vivek was Director, Science & Technology, at Polaroid Corporation, where he worked from 1987 to 2001.

Mr Amit Oza, Vice President (Print Solutions)
Amit completed his B.E. from Gujarat University in 1983, and received his M. Eng. degree in Computer Engineering from Cornell University. He was as an R&D engineer with ITT Information Systems in the US. In India, he headed the R&D division of Essen Computers Ltd., one of the biggest PC manufacturing companies in India, and was for many years in charge of Eltromat India, a company specialised in control products for the printing and packaging industry.

Mr Bharat Damani, Vice President and CFO
Bharat Damani is a B.Tech. from IIT Kanpur, and a Masters in Management & Finance from Bombay University. He has 23 years experience acrosss a wide spectrum of financial activities: development banking, project and credit appraisal, loan disbursement / recovery, NPA management, corporate planning, market research, joint venture partner identification, evaluation and formation, business valuation, legal documentation and setting up financial budgeting and control systems.

Mr Girish Kumar, Vice President (Sales and Marketing)
Girish is a Bachelor of Engineering with specialization in chemical engineering. He has over 25 years of experience in the process and process control industry, with extensive exposure in all areas of sales and marketing, project operations, supply chain, manufacturing and commercial aspects, and several years in general management at Honeywell India. He has an excellent track record in managing complex orders from order booking to delivery, managing teams, process improvement, cost reduction and deployment of new technologies.
